AR crystal coating

I have a 2019 126600 Sea Dweller. There is no AR coating on the crystal. I’m contemplating sending it in for a new crystal. Supposedly they replace it with AR coated new one. Can anyone confirm that their newer (2022 or 2023) 126600 has AR coated crystal. The little etched crown on the crystal has two rings below the crown.

Do you know if the 126622 or 126655 have the one sided AR coating?

I just confirmed with RSC. Newer 126600 Sea Dwellers have AR coating on crystal. I am sending my SD43 in for a crystal swap.

Thanks for your input. Thought they would not change the glass. How about sending a 5 digit watch for a crystal swap?

Call RSC Dallas and ask. Maybe they AR coat everything now; even replacement crystals on references that have been discontinued.

I now see you are in Germany. Contact RSC in Germany, or an AD with a Rolex certified watchmaker. They can answer your question. The watchmaker can do the swap too. The SD43 has to go to RSC because of the 5000 ft pressure testing after the work is completed. Local ADs don’t have the equipment to do it.

Interesting, would love to see some wrist shots with the AR crystal when you get it back from the RSC. Should bring out the charcoal textured dial nicely. If the cost is reasonable, I might be inclined to do the same.

I was blown away how inexpensive it is. Couple hundred bucks all in.

Are they making you get a full service or do they just replace the crystal?

I got my BLNR crystal replaced at RSC Beverly Hills. About $280 all in. Didn’t require service while still under warranty

Does RSC have AR crystals for the 116610?

Pretty sure they will. We have a DJ41 out of warranty that we wanted to change to blue dial for my dad. They required a full service one week after the warranty expired

And during warranty you cannot change the dial due to the new rules. Lol
