Do you consider the pink gold and titanium AP watches two tone?

I don’t consider it that way. I think of it as pink gold. As opposed to the yellow gold and stainless steel royal oaks. Those I consider two tone.

Reason I am asking is because I don’t want to buy two tone watches. And am I about to get a two tone watch with the pink gold and titanium offshore?

Just refer to your watch as “bi-metal”. Sounds better. Technically it’s two-tone, but I tend to think of two-tone as a watch with a bracelet which is more illustrative of the contrasting metals.

I'm also not at all a fan of two-tones, especially if it's steel + yellow gold, as typically seen on Rolex models.

But I find the AP ROO rose gold + titanium either in chrono or diver (Japan limited edition) configurations to be the exception to the rule. I hope they can find a way to offer that in a 37/38mm size.

By definition yes. But also AP two tone is pretty nice.
