OP41 Green discontinued. AD says
I just popped into an AD in Guildford UK
Called Preston's (family owned). They stated OP41 is being discontinued and don't expect another in. They said I'll be removed from the roles site in March. That's what I was told.. they stated this was directly from Rolex |

If it comes to pass will be a shame as the green dial is a lovely looking watch.

I was told the YM2 and palm dial DJs were being discontinued (Rolex conference call to ADs)
Others have been told all the motif dual DJs are going and one other person was told coloured OPs are going but not sure if that's ust OP41 or 36 too.

Well with the modern day Rolex owner they seem to thrive in rumours or discontinued stuff.

I was just passing on info from my visit
It was not told to me as a rumour. It was oh the OP41 colours are going. I enquired into the green he said yep. "A few may still trickle through still" but they are due to be removed from online shortly. |

I should have asked more questions. But I think being told specially the green is a goner I was so disappointed!
He didn't say all Ops. He also mentioned the vibrant pink colour. I cant remember the term he used for the colours it was OP COLOUR XXXXXX for the life of me I can't remember the term he used. |

Rolex is so secretive, but they telegraph their plans to random ADs.
I got to see a watch preview from another brand a couple of years ago and I had to sign an NDA. |

My AD said the same thing. Based on their allocation numbers they anticipate it will be gone.

It’s all fun and games speculating which pieces are discontinued, until some idiots start to spread false rumours in order to jack already inflated prices up further for personal gains.
While OP may be telling the truth, the discussion of discontinuation is a topic that is often manipulated by people with self interest. The JM Daytona with the green dial is a prime example. How many years did people predict that it would be discontinued before it became reality? And irresponsible idiots were beating the drum every year close to W&W, telling people to buy now due to possibility of discontinuation. |

Just work off the Rolex official website. If it's still there, it is not discontinued

OP41 Green discontinued. AD says
The red has been gone for a while, hasn’t it, along with the yellow and turquoise? That would leave the silver as the only one of the newer OPs, left, wouldn’t it, if we don’t count blue and black, which I imagine are common Rolex dial colors? Kat Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
