I would consider it to be frac outside of my personal tolerance. Fast would be a nicer scenario.
Precision needs to be taken into consideration, and assuming it's showing a high level of precision with no changes in timekeeping evident then I might be tempted to reluctantly let it pass until it needs a service. Especially if it's being worn infrequently as part of a rotation in the collection. |
