I have been interested in this watch since I saw some pictures posted here and unbeknownst to TRF member Dan Pierce, his posts in reference to this model, made my decision even easier.

The watch seems to be built like a tank. Easy to read and those three-dimensional hour markers are pure joy to look at. The entire dial draws you in and although, it may look busy, the symmetry and color combination makes it an amazing dial.

Thanks. I hope you still have this watch in your collection. Most of the weight seems to be due to the bracelet. Heavier than Rolex oyster I am used to. Since I don’t like nato straps, I am researching a leather one, which is also water resistant. I believe Hirsch used to make them and I had one on my Panerai.

Thanks. The details on this watch are extraordinary. I was afraid at 42mm, it will be too big on my wrist. It wears smaller than 42mm, perhaps bevelled/chamfered edges, shorter lugs and the lugs do slope sharply makes the difference. Also, lug to lug, it is 50mm and that it just about the max my wrist can handle.

Yes, still have & enjoy my THC. I prefer this reference on straps vs the bracelet. Typically it's worn on a very comfortable Bonetto Cinturini rubber nato. The THC looks great on almost anything though.
