I’m selling a 1978 Rolex Submariner ref 5512 with a MK2 Maxi dial, here are the details:

Dial: Excellent matte maxi mk2 dial with matching eggshell patina on the hands and hour plots.

Case: Fair condition case serial 5.36X,XXX that shows wear from use and corrosion that is likely due to saltwater diving exposure. The first few digits of the serial number are visible through a loupe and the entire model number is visible. The bezel insert has faded to a lilac hue which is especially apparent in sunlight.

Movement: Rolex automatic caliber 1570 in good operating condition and keeping good time. Per the previous owner the watch was serviced in 2019.

Other: The watch comes mounted on a dark grey Saffiano leather strap.
