150 ft for me, but quite honestly I prefer 50 to 70 ft for my photography as I like some natural light in my composition.

Deepest around 100 feet in the Cayman Islands with my 16610 Submariner. Recreational diving limit is around 100 feet. So, most recreational divers wouldn't go deeper.

I dove to 182 feet (55.5 meters) on a shipwreck, the San Francisco Maru, in Chuuk, Micronesia. Did many dives in the 140 to 160 foot range while in Chuuk diving ships and aircraft from WWII, all on air. Required some significant hang time below the boat, breathing air from tanks hanging on ropes.

50-meters something (150 ft), I was young and foolish - totally not prepared for it and I had no idea what I was doing.

I have got to 140ft+, following my dive buddy who was goofing around with a battery operated underwater scooter and didn’t notice how deep we were going. I’m guessing he got to 160 before he noticed where he was. As a recreational diver 120 feet should be the max, and I have been there several times. Only problem is I was wearing a TAG, I haven’t been on a dive since I got any Rolex watches.

~120 ft diving w/tank, 105 ft free diving. But in both cases I believe I was using a g-shock.

I suspect the nitrogen narcosis contributed to a heavier usage of air and a degree of malpractice in monitoring consumption..can’t be sure tho and most definitely wont be doing that depth again. Plus it’s dark, cold and not much to see. So unless there’s a wreck or one thing interesting...don’t see the point.

30m wreck on my very first dive after getting my PADI. I had a moment of panic half way down when it suddenly went darker and cold. After that I decided I much preferred shallower depths but I think up to 10-15m is where most of the good action is.
I had my Tag Aquaracer then which went on every dive with me. I still have it but it never gets worn. |

I wouldn't call it a dive but more a chore...... Doing the dishes in 8 inches of soapy water. It got really scary when the wife stood behind me observing...... It felt like a imminent shark attack.

My Sea-Dweller is crying right now, never took it deeper than the hotel pool 1,20 meters.

About 200 ft off of Milolii, south big island of Hawaii. My cousin Pedro has a dive operation out of there. I used to get 12-15 tanks a week with those guys.
