Tudor BB58 Bezel

Hi everyone,

Considering purchasing the new BB58 navy. I’ve no experience with Tudor, as I only own ceramic bezel watches at the moment.

Just curious, any thoughts on how the bezels will age over time? They seem to be aluminum (?), so perhaps they may fade like some of the old Rolex GMTs, Subs, etc.

Yes, aluminum. And like it's Tudor & Rolex predecessors, it will last for decades and develop a beautiful patina over time, depending how it's used.

I think you'll enjoy adding a BB58 blue to your ceramic collection.

Tudor BB58 Bezel

Typically how any aluminum bezel will age over time and develop patina in the process. Unlike the ceramic bezel.

Yep, what dP said. Here's my Tudor Harrods which faded whilst I was in Saudi Arabia in the extreme heat, as well as diving etc with my watch.

Thanks! That’s what I was hoping. I’m sure these will age great over time.

Set to take delivery tomorrow!

Looks great! I’ve considered this, but just a tad too large for me. I’m sure this will fade nicely over time. Cheers!

Trust me - if you're able to get your hands on give it a go. At first, I really struggled with it but it's not left my wrist for about two years now. In fact, this whole week I've worn my Sub and I keep looking at my wrist missing my BB Harrods... I put the sub away today and put the Harrods back on. My sub has had like 0 wrist time since buying the Harrods.... This is what it looked like before (picture taken from the interwebs) mine is just gone lighter but I love it.
