240 Movement harder to wind than 324?
So I own both a 5230G and a 5167A. I notice that winding the 240 HU movement on the 5230G when dead requires more force than the 324 on my aquanaut. I’d say the force needed is comparable to when “screwing in the screw-down crown of a sports watch”. Is this expected?
FWIW, I’ve played around with other movements such as the one on the 5235R the last time I was at an AD and don’t remember it being that tight either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

so I tried pulling out the crown, try to set the time, push it back in and now it feels normal (just like my other Patek). Hmmm I hope there wasn't any permanent damage before this happened.
