Would a Z sn SD have come with the Credit Card type warranty card or the Paper Certificate, or is it possible through the course of Z production they made both?

My Z came with the card

(my dad's Z TT Sub had the paper)

Thanks guys. I thought either might be correct. I knew the cards came out during the Z sn runs.

maybe the early z sd comes on paper and late comes with the card...
