Patiently Waiting for Tudor BB Chrono - Panda Dial

Just out of curiosity, any idea how many Tudor BB Chronos with panda dials have been coming out of the AD’s? I prepaid for one with my AD a little over two (2) months ago and have been waiting patiently for it to come in. I can’t imagine it will take too much longer, but who knows in this day and age.

Best and thanks.

Same here. I have two ADs that promised me the next one, both whom I trust. They haven’t received any on a steel bracelet in months.

I’m theoretically on the list for one but they didn’t ask for a deposit. So who knows if I’ll ever get one from the AD.

Just to share my experience, I am friendly with the SA and purchased my wife a 31mm datejust back in January. I had expressed my interest in adding to my small collection and when I reached out about the Tudor Chrono the SA said he loved the watch, which was enough for me to take the plunge.

It sounds like they got a panda and reverse panda, which sold immediately. However, he said they could take full payment to be in line for when they got more in. Obviously, they felt confident they would actually receive the chronos as opposed to the rolex sport models, which is anybody's guess and they won't take prepayments for at this AD.

When I picked mine up at release the AD told me after the few they had at initial delivery they werent going to see many before year end.

I suspect it will be like the bb58, 3-6 month wait depending on your position in the interest list.

2 ADs told me that they received the first batch of cronos at the launch date and haven't received one since.

I have one on order for about a month now. What I've heard consistently is that when Tudor launches a new model they only have a small batch at launch, and about 6 months after launch they start rolling them out in larger quantities. So that's about what I'm expecting, November/December for mass availability.

Thank you for sharing. Honestly, the closer to Christmas the better because if it comes too soon not sure I really have justification for the purchase with my wife. Haha

I saw one when I they first came out and didn't jump at it. At the time I thought the black on the bunt strap was more desirable which I found but the strap didn't come close to fitting. "If the strap don't fit, I must omit" being my general rule. Haven't seen one since though I do have a request in with two AD's, along with the BB Ceramic and BB 925. It's all a production and distribution issue I suppose. Tudor doesn't make nearly as many watches per year as Rolex and we all know that situation which has resulted in a lot more interest in Tudor.
