Is this a rectangular gmt or roman gmt or a new variation??

Roman IMHO. Rectangular are more distinct than your example.

I’d say Roman. Here is a quick snap of my 16710 which I believe is what would be called the rectangular dial. Although I’ve never seen mine so blown up and it actually looks like the Roman but I think it’s less pronounced than the one in your picture
