Out of Japan. On E-Bay. Also what kind of import fees should I expect on a $13,000 purchase to the USA?

I bought a few watches from them recently. I was not aware they ship overseas. With regards to import fees, I think you are at the mercy of US customs, not the seller.

But I will say in my experience with them, I would 100% buy from them again. Both saleswomen I dealt with was knowledgeable, patient and very professional.
