A question for the professionals

Folks,

A question here…

I have a 16660 from 1984. I got it from a very reputable place &checked it thoroughly with an independent professional. Everyone determined that all parts are original..

I got a question from a fellow on one of my pics recently that made me wonder… he mentioned that the second’s hand lollipop is extended further than what he knows. I ignored that comment but then a few days later I checked for myself and indeed the lollipop is located further than other 1984 I see online .

I am attaching a pic for you to see and give me your take on it.

Very interesting observation.. I'm far from being an expert or a professional so cannot comment.. but a quick glance on my sub , the lollipop on the seconds is shorter indeed.

Hey,

The hands have been checked thoroughly since it was a concern of mine (they're a bit lighter even though they start to patina).

They're tritium original hands.

Thanks
