Congrats! Post a pic of the 997 turbo! Amazing car and tough to beat around a track, I owned a 991 targa for a bit that I really enjoyed. Everytime getting in the diablo, not being able to see really in any direction, there is some fixation on that may or may not die feeling

No pics but my most satisfying purchase this year has been a Panerai 233 dot dial.

Those hands and hour markers are perfection! All the other Royal Oaks have octagonal hands and markers, but this 15202 is true to the original. Love it and congrats!

Does it have to be a timepiece? I've been having fun regulating a few timepieces.

I've had a good year with a shake up of my small collection. I think this Breguet 5817 is probably my favourite. Now discontinued and an incredible amount of watch for the money when buying used. Gorgeous guilloche dial, lovely movement, 100 m water resistant- there's a lot to like!

I didn't buy much in 2021 - mostly just growing my collection of vintage Seikos, so probably this - 1960s Seikomatic Blue Yacht.

Glad you received your Sherman, Steven. Equally happy that MB&F will place newer clients at the front of the queue when the public version comes out.

Well, I dunno if i'm near the top or in front of.... just glad they know I sooooooo desire one.

Big Time.

Frankly, I can't believe friggen flippers are selling theirs (!!@#&#@!!). Makes me want to slap 'em. It's sooo not cool!

Sherman is like re-living my childhood. Ok, so he's more than $10 and not made out of plastic like Rudy The Robot, but hey we 'grow up' and so our robots have to adapt

BTW, I think at night Sherman and Elf are drinking my Macallan 21 year triple casket(!)

As they say, the difference between men and boys is the price of their toys! At least Sherman and Elf have good taste!

Good luck in getting your MAD 1. I was shocked to see them getting flipped, too. Too bad there are no serial numbers, so can't track who sold theirs.

No where near the most expensive or complicated watch I own. But the comfort and amazing accuracy blows me away for what money I have in to it. Just bonded with this one.

Woah. Very nice. So you were one of the lucky 150(?)? Congrats! I would love to find me one someday but I am sure it will come at quite the premium.
