My full collection!

Finally had everything out in one place so I figured I’d snap a pic and share :) Yes there’s an Invicta at the bottom, it was my first diver and was a gift, plus I like the design, not a straight homage like most of their “pro divers”.

The other unknown is a Mint Evolutive mod watch. I haven’t worn it much, it’s a little too chunky but I like the 12 hour bezel.

Everything else is probably obvious to my fellow WIS. I feel pretty complete at the moment and only yearn for something nonexistent (BB58 GMT). Otherwise, all my bases are covered. Air, land, sea, nice night out, sketchy travel, camping/wilderness, and nostalgia :)

Feel free to share your thoughts, good or bad lol.

just a thought...

it would be easier if you listed out the watches.

the image isn't the greatest.

Oof! Sorry :/ Didn’t realize the pic was so crappy. Not sure how to get hi-res uploaded…

From (box) right to left: Squale GMT Black ceramic with “vintage” colored numbers and lume on jubilee, Tudor BB58 (black), Rolex Sub Date “11 series”, Rolex 6565 1958 OP TT, Omega Planet Ocean 39.5mm 600m (black), Omega Speedmaster 40mm “reverse panda” on a rally strap.

Front: Hamilton Khaki Field on French paratrooper strap, Invicta Signature Pro Diver auto on tropic, Mint Evolutive Divemaster on tropic.

I see a lot of black and silver. I assume you are not into yellow gold or two tones? I prefer a little color to my collection but I realize we all have different tastes.

I do have the one two tone, the ‘58 OP. It’s not super obvious since it’s on leather but it looks great in person.

I do have basically all black otherwise with “pops” of white, red, or yellowed lume. I actually like color a lot but I always seem to be drawn to black dial watches! The watches I like that do have more color to them are basically unobtainable for me basically because I won’t pay gray prices or ever earn a spot by “spending enough”. I am a HUGE fan of the Root Beer two tone and full gold, I also really like the “Smurf” sub… Oh well :)

A “coke” or “pepsi” Tudor BB58 would be an instant pickup for me though!

Lol. Full PM is out of reach for me unless I had only 1! But the all yellow sub with blue dial would be a nice nod to my University of Michigan degree ;)

Oh man, the PO is creeping up as my favorite. It’s just so comfortable but also very rugged. It feels like it can take anything, and the accuracy is near perfect!

It’s become very difficult to choose between the PO and my Sub as a daily.

It definitely should be! The blue dial is gorgeous as well, I just couldn’t see myself wearing it as much as the black.

The watch is a nice option if you find the standard Omega 42mm+ a little too big :)

Thanks! I do wear the Hamilton. My family spends a week (and a few weekends) at a camp on Lake Huron and it’s perfect for that for so many reasons. Water resistant enough, sapphire, 70hr power reserve, lightweight, accurate but also not irreplaceable if something happens :)

You should definitely get one!!!

Don’t worry about what other people think of your collection. As long as it makes you happy.

The first time I read someone say a similar quality photo was taken with a potatoes, I was confused then burst out laughing. So true though.
