Heaven balloons

Sorry if you have heard this one before.

My little girl came into the bathroom one day and asked my wife, "What are those things ?" whilst pointing at my wife's breasts.

"Oh !" said my wife, "Erm, er, they are my heaven balloons. When I die, they will fill up with air, and I will float off to heaven."

My daughter accepted the explanation, and thought nothing further of it.

A couple of weeks later, my wife unexpectedly came home from work early instead of going to the gym.

"Oh thank heavens you have come home just in time, mummy," said the sobbing little girl.

"Why ? Whatever is the matter ?" said my wife.

"The nanny is dying mummy, and you must come quickly !" she cries.

"What !!!" shrieks my wife, panicking.

"Yes, daddy is in the kitchen blowing up the nanny's heaven balloons, whilst she is screaming "Oh God! I think I'm coming !"
