Aftermarket or not?

I’m looking for a bracelet 78353 i have seen one but when I look to the number 18 behind the 78353 i have my toughts is aftermartket?

He says the 18 behind the 78353, I do not understand.

The 78.353-18 is common but need a straight picture to see what's going on with the 18 and the crown/scroll..

There is a difference in how the 18 is placed in the clamp.
