New York Service Center turn times?

Hello everyone,

I am sending in a 5960P for a standard service and polish.

Does anyone know the current turn times for pieces to be serviced? Anyone have a recent experience they can share?

I just got my 5167a back from the NY Spa. Kerns in Burlingame managed it all for me. I dropped it off with them in late April and got the call last week. So 3 months?!? They included a nice complimentary leather case.

Watch looks beautiful… haven’t taken it off since then. Very happy!
