Magneto (Novelty) watch

I bought a cheap Magneto watch. Thought the concept was cool. Of course the hour marker is not aligned with the minute marker. It's a "Swiss" quartz movement. Not sure exactly what movement (can't be that great). Any idea what it would cost for a local watch repair to adjust it? I figure if it's cheap enough it's better than paying the shipping back to the company in Germany (I have no idea what that costs, the company said they'd reimburse but I'm not holding my breath), not to mention faster.
