Hallmarks on 3919 lugs?

Anyone know what years have hallmarks on the lugs and which don't? I've seen references from 2004 without any hallmarks, references from 1999 with hallmarks, some older references without anything on the lugs like the 2004, some with hallmarks on lugs on both sides, some with hallmarks on just the crown side. Anyone know?

In case you are still wondering :D

The difference in hallmarks is not down to the year but to what market it was produced for. Different markets (US, EU, Japan, etc.) have different requirements for hallmarks and their location on the watch. A clear example for this watch is that some markets require a 18K gold hallmark visible each detachable part, thus you see one on the outside of the back cover. While others only require it to be on each part, so on the inside of the back cover is fine there.
