Loving this classic Seamaster on rubber strap.

I have mentioned this before regarding new straps for my Seamaster. How it transforms the when when you take it off the heavy 90s bracelet.

I was deciding on a few rubber straps, Zealande was going to properly be the one. However, I am very impressed with the WatchGecko website. They have some awesome watch straps on there.

So I took a change with this Zulu Diver rubber. It honestly hasn’t left my wrist since Christmas! My other 12 watches haven’t had a look in, including my Explorer 39.

Just wanted to share some pictures. 5 years ago, I paid £2920 for this. The latest version is around £5500 from a boutique. Loving my 41mm Seamaster. Cheers.

It looks good! Really wish I bought one of these watches years ago.

Mine says hi though a blue version. It rotates on bracelet, Hirsch waterproof leather, sharkmesh, or rubber. They all feel better, more comfortable than the bracelet. However, the bracelet looks the best to my eye.

Thank you guys! Really appreciate it.

I have had this watch for 5 years. I’m daydreaming about a Speedmaster Sapphire Sandwich on a sage coloured suede strap.

But my ultimate goal someday is the BLNR Jubilee…

I have a 300m diver white on rubber, a sapphire snadwhich 3861 and a Rolex blnr on oyster. The 300m is just as gorgeous as the rest. It’s a great watch. None of those 3 watches will ever leave my collection.

With all the variants of this great watch, the black is so distinctive to me. Enjoy it.
