JS Watch Co., Iceland

Picked up this. beauty on a recent trip to Iceland. JS Watch is a small watchmaker in Reykjavik. Gilbert, his son, and grandson own the very small shop where they produce about 500 watches per year. A wall inside the shop displays the pictures
of famous persons who have visited and purchased watches, including the likes of Tobey Maguire, Ed Sheehan,Gordon Ramsey, Ben Stiller, Tom Cruise and many others. Even the Dalai Lama. Just a cool place to visit if you ever find yourself in Iceland.

Cool piece. I went to that shop years ago and almost pulled the trigger. Seeing this picture, I wish I had.

Awesome watch love the idea of buying a piece while traveling. I went to iceland 2 years ago and did the whole ring road with like 8 stops its an incredible place just jaw droppingly beautiful everywhere you look. One of my favorite trips.

Saw them for sale in a watch store on the Upper West Side of NYC. Very attractive, conservative looking watch. I liked it.

Currently in Iceland and visited Gilbert Gudjonsson’s store/shop at Laugavegur 62, Reykjavík. A legendary local watchmaker.

This is a family forum, sir. You'll have to take your desires to other corners of the internet
