Thinking of buying a ROLEX SUBMARINER 126613LB show me some pics

Hi,
I’m thinking about buying a ROLEX SUBMARINER DATE 41mm 126613LB 18ct YELLOW GOLD/STEEL BLUE DIAL but I’m not sure about the gold and blue colour combination and how it would wear…..

If you have one can you share some pics of how it wears on the wrist and do you daily it ?

Thanks
Mark

Have you tried one on yourself?
Hopefully you have and obviously you will get a feel for how it wears

Have you looked at the earlier discontinued 1st generation ceramic Flat Smurf blue dial version ? The newer one is nice yes but the Flat blue is a stunner. Matches perfectly w the blue bezel. And that earlier reference should wear more more flat on the wrist too vs the newer model. I had a new SS version for a couple of years & I like how the older one wears more especially the clasp design.

Yes, I tried it on and was not 100% on the steel and gold on the strap. I think I preferred the steel only strap. I just wondered what people thought of them. There’s seems to be a reasonable amount I. The grey market for sale just over RRP.

I prefer all SS but there's no doubt that the LB is one of the best looking TT watches in production.

Then that's the thought you should follow. If TT doesn't appeal 100%, skip over it.

There is no SS blue dialed SubDate but a WG one in blue that does exist for 3x of a regular SS one.

If you saw a preowned SS with blue dial/bezel insert, it was an aftermarket mod. But if you like that look, nothing wrong with it.

Just sharing in the avoidance of confusion over genuine vs aftermarket parts.

The two-tone blue sub is probably the best looking Rolex ever produced. Extremely versatile. Can be dressed up or down. Beach or cocktail parties. I am retired so I could care less if it does or doesn’t fit with a suit and boardroom setting.

I think it’s one of the best looking rolex - unfortunately I’ve owned one twice and prefer either all steel or all gold

It's a gorgeous watch, I had one, wore it daily, found it to be too flashy and sold it.

Go with a standard sub, stainless.
