Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT Incoming!
Opportune walk past a Tudor boutique this morning resulted in a sooner than expected pick up!
They’d just put it in the window that morning. A really nice ‘how it should be’ organic purchase. The watch is stunning, my favourite Tudor they’ve released. Pictures to follow soon, Cheers guys! |

My thoughts after wearing for a few hours?
It's lovely. Is it as lovely as my BLNR? no, but then it isn't trying to compete with it. As a vintage influenced, smaller sized piece it's superb. I love the bezel, it's really changeable depending on the light. The bracelet and clasp with T-fit is awesome. This micro-adjustment is to me at least, a really big deal when wearing a watch, I really miss it on my pieces without it. Something that I love about this '58 GMT that most people don't seem to have picked up on is the tall, domed crystal. It's glorious. Overall, very very happy. |

Cheers! Do you think it'd be something you'd add to your collection in the future? I saw your post yesterday about the one you spotted

The domed crystal is really underrated. I'm also excited to hear that bezel colors change depending on light. I'm also a fan of the light play with watches.
One concern - is the thickness an issue if you compare to your BLNR? I have a BLNR as well and my concern would be I'd always go for the Rolex over the Tudor because it's thick. |

Looks perfect on your wrist, OP!
However, it looks a bit too yellowish-toned to me in the picture (the one on your wrist) for some reason. |

Thanks! Yeah, it doesn't really look like that to the eye, I think my iPhone picked it up a bit strange, here's another wrist shot where it came out looking much more subdued. |

On the wrist the Tudor feels the smaller watch overall as the lugs are pretty chunky on the BLNR. The Tudor wears as nicely as my 5 and 6 digit Rolex sports models to be honest. |

It’s a beautiful watch I picked mine up last week and not taken it off. Just can’t seem to upload picture here as file size to big even after cropping.

Lovely on a strap as well....
Lucky enough to have tried it on during W&W, lovey watch and the strap was very comfortable, however a touch small for my personal liking...
