Kevin Costner with GMT on cover of GQ...

Well, first that's going to help with GMT availability... Next, the article just makes me so sick. The whole picture is contrived and fake. It's obvious that there is nothing real about the picture. The GMT among a whole bunch of other watches were brought and put on Costner as it he is just a human mannequin to hang stuff off for a photo shoot. The whole article is just repulsive.

At least the Rolex Paul Newman was wearing was his and was a gift from his wife.

Link to the article.

Yeah this pic is pretty cringe...

I enjoyed Costner's performance in Yellowstone though.

I enjoyed his voice of Enzo in The Art If Racing In The Rain.

I dunno it sort of fluff, but I’m not too fussed by it.

The watch looks good on him

Gentlemen, it is GQ being GQ.

I mean, it's GQ, so of course it's a lot of fashion foofery. I do think it's a good choice of watch for the image they're trying to get across, and he wears it well. The cover wasn't the best shot imo, but it was an homage to a GQ cover shoot of his from twenty years ago.

I don’t think he has that much of a hairline anymore. Looks like plugs, maybe? Just a weird pic. The man is 69!

I like how they set the watch 10:10am. It’s probably a non working exhibition piece. (See that’s where they all go when not in the case!!)

Looks good on him though.

Watch looks good.

That does seem an unnecessarily small pair of shorts for someone nudging 70.

Seems like a lot of hate for something that has no impact on our lives.

Watch suits him.

Not sure why some are getting disgusted by a men’s fashion magazine taking fashion photos.

My thought too, why all the hate. Every magazine cover is tweaked and photo-shopped. Regardless, who cares. Cheers

I met him….while he may be doing his best to stay forever young, he is down to earth, intelligent and not your typical Hollywood phoney. He could easily afford and be wearing a Rainbow Daytona.

Of all the things to get in a lather about this is next to last on my list. Pepsi looks great on him and it’s a fine cover as well.

Big Costner fan. I even liked Water World. haha

I will be buying tickets to see Horizon (1 & 2). I'm a sucker for westerns. You gotta admit Dances with Wolves was one of the greats.

Some strange replies for something as simple as a magazine story.
Good luck to him I say, he for me always comes across as a reasonable person
Nice watch too

He’s had quite a few transplants over the years - to be fair, it’s holding up pretty well.

Cringe thread.
Product placement in a glossy.

What’s the issue?? I am amazed to see this thread still has legs. Bloke has a watch on. Wow.

I’m on my phone so can’t see the watch very well even zooming in. Is it a Batgirl? Anyway, he’s in great shape for a guy his age.
