Any New Pieces "Red Hot" From a Ladies Perspective?

Nowadays many Rolexes can be worn by either sex and they will work depending on the size of the person generally speaking. My wife is thinking of getting herself one last Rolex and we don't want to end up buying a watch that simply disappears on her wrist as many ladies watches do.
I know there is a 41 MM Ladies and I Pray that a Millgauss will look good on her but I doubt it. The Turnograph w/white dial is a possibility, at least from the Rolex website.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I like seeing the platinum YM on small wrists. Also, FWIW my girlfriend loves and always notices the GMT II-c in public, but has never said anything about my Explorer II or Pepsi.

The 36mm Datejust with the diamond bezel and optional flower dials is a real looker, not to mention the latest lady's watch that Rolex have launched. Could be a nice option

It looks stunning, and a guy can get away with it too, if specified with a non-flower dial

Airking all the way!

34 mm 114210 (engine turned bezel) with white 3,6,9.
Great watch and perfect for women...or men.
