The picture is as low res as they come but by no doubt at all the whole thing is a stinker.
Zero feedback, touting three brand that are heavily faked. "There is a Fully Factional Working Chronograph"  Presumably he meant "Fictional".

Notice the fainter watermarking :   And for the Chopard GMT - Chopard Chronograph Mille Miglia GMT 2005 Swiss Valjoux 7750 Automatic Movement PVD Case with Black Dial and Black Leather Strap   So this scammer is on selling fungus!
