DD clasp looks faked to me.
This being a big money maker seller for eBay it will be sold. It has all of the marks of an Italian band with fake Swiss markings, badly faked BTW. There is no Swiss hallmark and 18k is stamped deeper than the outer markings. There is no model number, also where the clasp comes together the corners are square and not rounded.
This "Top Seller" probably got suckered into buying it as he is a junk seller. eBay doesn't care though. http://cgi.ebay.com/18k-Rolex-Mens-1...item5ad7892bd9 |

I'd would have thought that looked OK , but if it isn't that would surely be a good catch .

A Swiss made clasp MUST have a Swiss hallmark; it used to be a woman's head now it is a St. Bernard and the scales with the purity. Notice how sharp the 18k is that was stamped by the manufacture in Italy.

These are pictures of a genuine Rolex clasp, any aftermarket Italian clasp, no crown, and the suspect clasp. Notice the similarities between the Italian clasp and the suspect clasp where they join together. They both have a square opening wile the Rolex has a rounded opening. I just noticed the suspect clasp is stamped on the wrong 1/2 of the clasp.
