It's likely that the little wire spring under the bezel has broken, or somebody forgot to put it back when they took the bezel off..
It is an easy and should be a very cheap fix...... My watchmaker would likely do it for cost of the part...a few bucks.. Others may charge a nominal fee....... ![]()
