i love my SS daytona. it's a great watch.. it was between the SS and the TT paul newman dial.. i chose SS and im very happy with my choice.. plus SS daytona is a rare bird to get ahold of and holds its value better than any other rolex model out i would say,.

Both are awesome, it all depends on which one "smiles" at you.

Like everyone above has stated... its your preference... go for what you love.
For me... SS was the only way to go. I never looked back either. |

In most every watch I prefer SS, but for some reason the TT Daytona just looks right to me.

Go for the one that smiles at you most. I'd stick with the TT, myself: I think the TT version has more character and individuality.

TT is starting to get more popular. Try to keep it and save up for a SS Daytona.

I have both black and white SS Daytonas, and I think the TT are WAY above them in looks.

I like the TT Daytona....that watch looks great as a TT....especially the TT w/the "Paul Newman" style dial, champagne dial, w/ black subdials...I saw it on "Swissluxury.com's" site, they have a lot of pics of different models.

With the S/S you have to pay full list price or even a premium, whereas with the TT, you can probably squeeze at least a 15% discount.
Also with the TT, there are many dial variations - white. black, grey, champagne, mother-of-pearl, with diamonds and so on - while for S/S, there are only 2 choices. For me, the choice is easily to go for TT. |

I know it might not be feasable because of funds, but try and keep the TT, and get one in SS with the opposite colour dial to the TT.

Actually TT is very nice but people think it's putting more age. If you don't mind, TT is good.
