Can't access the forums from my home IP

I've not been able to access the forums from my home internet. I am able to access the site with my laptop on other wireless networks, however it is rare that I have the opportunity to come on when I am outside the house. Does anyone have any idea why this may be and what could be a possible fix. Thanks, I am having severe withdrawals.
