What is the official name of the Blue

Is there an official name for the specific blue used on the TT Blue Dial Sub. If not, let's come up with one! I myself think it's a Royal Blue!

I'm pretty sure I read in the new Rolex website that it's referred to as the TT BLACK Submariner wannabe colour.
