I have been eyeing a TT Ceramic sub for the last 6 months...ever since I tried one on at the AD servicing my 16610. It felt like a pound of silk on my wrist.

After alot of thought and a thorough review of the finances, it became apparent that 3 watches was not going to happen. Two has always been the right amount. So one had to go and it wasn't going to be the one my dad gave me so my beloved LV was on the block. Before I could post a For Sale ad, I saw that David had the watch I wanted...the black dial and bezel.

A few emails and a couple of phone calls and the deal was struck. I traded in my LV, added some cash and got this. Sorry for the blurry pic as the batteries are low on the digital camera.

Doing business with David was a very easy and pleasurable experience. The watch was better than he described, the shipping was seamless and I would recommend him with whole heartiness to fellow TRF members, friends and family.

Thanks! I'm really taken aback by it. My wife was a little ticked at me...and not for spending the money but for the way I was waltzing around the house with it!

I was in te same boat. My father gave me a date-just 20 years ago and I will never sell it. I wanted another watch so I just picked up a SS Sub C 116610. Now I have 2 watches the sub for every day and the date just for occasional wear.
