Icon5 Rolex Service Question

When sending in a 18kt and stainless GMT on a Jubilee band does the Rolex service center have a way to tighten the band d-links or do they just swap the band out as routine?

I am looking at buying a GMT Master 16753 from 1986

It was sent to Rolex for a complete service in 2007 and looks pretty good.

Here are some picture.

Can those with eagle eyes out there tell me if you thing the band looks stretched and other over all condition?

The deal is 3000 for the watch which seems like a good deal...?

Is it just me or does that 24 hour hand look a little oxidized or dark?

I feel that is an optical illusion on the 24 hour hand

Yes...Looks like a shadow to me...!
Rolex will not tighten loose links at service. If they feel it's to far stretched they will recommend a replacement where it's up to you if you want to pay for a new band!!

For a 24 year old TT jubilee bracelet I would say that looks remarkable with regards to elongation due to wear.....the 5th photograph gives an indication of how it will "wear"....it looks in very very good shape to me for its age
