Boy, I hate to see that. Scratched crystals drive me nuts. That's the only kind of scratch or scuff that bothers me.
What kind of wall was it? I'd have to have it changed out moskosh, unless a service was coming up soon.

I am having a crystal replaced right now on a Sub for $175, so it it bothers you that much...replace it!
