Your GMT booklet that features the pilot and co-pilot is about a $150 item. It features both the GMT 16750 and the new 16760 GMT model. Your box was the first version of two very similar Bufkor boxes issued from around 1980/81-1982/84. (Your boxed set was used for a short period of time.) The second version of this boxed set has finer grained, faux leather on the lids.
As Larry noted, it was not uncommon to receive the wrong booklet with a new watch. When I purchased the new Deep Sea SeaDweller right after it came out, it came with the old Submariner booklet. Looks like you have a very nice set with the accessories. Enjoy your time here on the forum!
