I try to stay fit by walking about eleven miles a week augmented by daily push-ups and sit-ups(no need to ever wind my GMT with that).

I would LOVE to be able to work legs, but a chronic knee problem has kept me from doing so for quite a while now. As soon as it recovers, I'll be right there doing leg presses.

And here's a lovely shot of my living room ceiling complete with my TRX. I think it's lovely. I'm not sure what my wife thinks, but she said I can't add a pull-up bar. Oh well. I haven't used this for awhile, but as a beginner it really helped me in prepping for the P90X routine. And if you have space issues or don't want to invest in a lot of equipment, this one strap may be the answer. |

It's not like I'm going to hang you from it. Well, maybe not. It is pretty nice, though. Based on the angle you can make the workout easier or harder. My wife ended up using it a bit as well. You can work quite a bit - chest, biceps, legs, core.

Nice to see a lot of fit TRFers. As my username states I am an avid runner. I currently avg. about 70 miles a week but I have been as high as 120 miles a week though it has been a while since I have been that high. I haven't been running competitively as much as I used to. I also lift 3 days a week and do push-ups everyday. I am currently up to 7 sets of 50 push-ups with a one minute rest in between each set. I am about to push it to 8 sets.

I lack all 4 as well. Unless by Mental you mean GOING MENTAL? As soon as our little girl gets on a reasonable enough routine, I pray I can get back on mine. (She slept 8 hours straight last night, we could be close!) |

I don't know the mechanics behind this, but if I run on a flat course my knee hurts. Perhaps because my gate is longer and I'm running quicker. I can run hills, however, and get a great intense cardio without having my knees hurt as much. Gotta baby it, though.
