Buying New Pam Help Please!!!

Well I'm actually trading for a Pam 000, but I do not have any ADs in my area. My question for you guys is how can I authenticate the watch since I have no AD to take it to? Any help is appreciated guys, I don't think for a second it will be a fake, I just want to verify that it is real. Thanks in advance!!!

I don't think that is a oft-knocked off model...Can you post clear / close-up pics here? You will get a boatload of feedback.

Well, my quick 2 cents. It looks good. Deutsch & deutsch is a Panerai AD and the serial number on the card matches the sticker, but the case back has the serial hidden. Odd how the seller would show one, but not the other. Could just be an oversight. He is also showing a rob Montana strap. It isn't a guarantee, but most fakes don't spend $200 on a strap.

Once you get it take a ton of pics and post them here. We'll critique it for you.

Did you do your research on the seller? Can you tell us who it was without giving to much personal information?

I would prefer to not say who is selling, though I will get ahold of any references he has. I'm just a bit nervous with a Panerai trade as I have no AD to authenticate it. I surely will post lots of pics once I receive the watch.

Provided the watch in the pics is the one you receive then you have no problems. There was a thread on here somewhere that spoke of a stolen M series 000 in the 900 region I had to double check mine when I bought it's mine too is in this region. That was a UK watch though I'm sure.
