FAKE GOLD/BLUE SUB on ebay

I asked the seller if it was from a US AD and he blathered on then mentioned it was a replica.

how can people get away with this , it says in his ad its genuine , etc etc ,,, why wont e bay put a notice on the item saying its of dubious authenticity ,,, the people bidding just wont know they have been saved from a scam , and bid harder next time ,
its just not right.

Has anyone purchased a Rolex from "wweigel" on e-bay, I did alot of research and this guys appears to be legit
