Thinking of buying a 5513
I can buy a standard 5513 from the late 60's but without the original bracelet, everything else seems in quite good condition, dial has a nice patina, never been polished or anything like that, bezel is a bit dull though. No papers.
What is the maximum you guys think I should pay? By the way, this would be my first Rolex for keeps unless I can get a better one in the near future. Any help appreciated. |

Man, so very hard to say without a photo. Condition, of course, is everything. Service history is important also. I'll hazzard a guess and say 3.5K to 4.5K depending on condition--dial, hands, case, etc......
Always factor in the price of a service. |

Would be interesting to know if the 5513 has been serviced at regular intervals. If it has been serviced often and therefore is in good condition I would say the price should be around US $ 4,000.

My only problem with it is the non original bracelet.
Oh yeah I forgot, the white dot on 12 o'clock is missing. |

I am guessing around $3000 to $3250 as you describe.
