Congratulations...beautiful watch and stunning photos. I have to say I do love the new Omega Seamaster range. I don,t think anything touches them at the moment for the price. Wear it well

Great looking watch. I didn't realize Omega had released the new SMP line. 8500 movement?

Love these new smp models. I think they still use the 2500 though, correct? If this came on a speedy style strap instead of a bond (already have one) it would be on my short list.
Heck who am I kidding, I'll probably find a reason to sell something and get one soon :) Congrats on the striking blue! |

They are stunning - I purchased one for my Dad a couple months ago...in Black. Such a classic, stunning look. The crystal is incredible. If you haven't seen this one in person, you need to do so.
The subtle hint of red on the seconds hand as well as "Seamaster" is perfect IMO. Love the blue, too... Boardman is correct - 2500 movement. Other changes included the screw type bracelet, rounded-corner date window, plain "Omega" clasp. Double AR coat on the crystal, too I believe. The font on the bezel's numbers is nicer than the previous model - thats a bit subjective, but it is different. |

Very nice! I wasn't liking the new ones too much until I actually saw one and tried it on in person. Pictures do not do it justice, stunning watch
