It often takes time for wounds to heal. But they do, they really do. I've been thru a leg amputation, loss of my job....I was down but now I am better. Keep busy with positive activities and the bad stuff will get pushed to the back. We're all here for you!

Stay strong buddy! Find something healthy to keep you busy, try running for example. I am dealing with an impossible situation myself (and it won't go away, for the rest of my life I am afraid) and this have helped me a lot. I can't tell you anything about psychology, religion or what not ... just find something that works for you, hang on to it and take it one day at a time. You'll get better.

That is a very tough feeling, but rest assure it will pass... Just hang in there and keep pushing onwards. There would be no such thing as rainbows with out a storm (little cheesy I know).

it didn't make any sense posting this thread initially but something compelled me to do so.

thing are a little better, as i even managed to get some sleep, something which has proved difficult this past week where my mind and body has been in a constant state of restlessness.

i have found comfort and strength in your words, thoughts and prayers... which have contributed to me being in a slightly better place. i thank you from the bottom of my heart. my journey is far from over but as i continue, i know you guys are here for me. god bless each and every one of you.
