Next watch
Torn between these two and being a Rolex forum I imagine it will be a bit of a biased opinion but what do you think between these two?
I already have a explorer 2 a gmt 2 a Daytona and an omega seamaster chrono |

Do you currently own a Rolex watch? If you do not, please do yourself a favor and go with the DSSD. Once it is on your wrist you will feel very happy. If you have a Rolex or two, go with the DSSD anyway!

Ask Chris, TheGMTGuy. I think he will mention the movement in that particular Omega, the 3600 series, has not been as reliable as it might. So given they are both large watches of similar size, DSSD all the way!

I assume you don't need chrono in your next one since you are considering DSSD. Since you do have GMT I would say out of the two take the DSSD. But try it on before you buy.
I had one and sold it after about 6 months. It is amazing watch, but I realized after wearing it almost daily that it is too impractical for what I need from a watch. The thickness is fine when you wear it, but it gets in the way sometimes. I had to think about it hard before I let it go, but I guess I'm on the stage of thinner watches. But these two are both large so DSSD would be my choice. What do you like? |

From those two I'd personally pick the DSSD.
If you want the chrono and you'd consider changing the model, I would get the moonwatch (3570.50.00) just due to the unique history of the piece. |
