Your going to want to contact:

Tom Doan
D's Time Service
619-696-9464
www.dstimeservice.com

This guys shop is amazing and he does by far more work on Rolex watches than anybody in all of San Diego including AD's. Oh, and speaking of AD's, he does some of there work too!

I just talked to the guy. Very nice person. He's a recommendation of two of my coworkers so I plan on taking my watch to him when I'm ready.

Tom is THE guy to go to. Outstanding work (not just on Rolex).

Both Royal Maui locations in San Diego are under the same ownership, but the repair center is in the Fashion Valley location.

That said, if you are sending it to RM, you are actually sending it to Tom Doan from D's Time service (per my recommendation above) as he is the on sight watchmaker for RM fashion valley. However, you will find that he is only in the RM a few hours a week. Might as well cut out the middle man and deal w/ him direct, as his shop downtown is far more equipped anyway!
