Datejust Pricing

I've got my eye on a decent looking 16000 DJ for $1300. No box/papers to be found. Does this look like a good deal?

Thanks,

-Mike

This is the watch in question- seller claims it's a 1600, but it's really a 16000. He also says the SN is in the 500k's. I think he means 5 million.

Again, no box/papers.

is that stamped serviced in HK august 92??

not a bad buy, considering i paid SGD4800 for a computer dial 16233 with ten diamonds, that came with box (minus the pillow, but with the pillow case)

Grab it for that price, and have it serviced on down the road. It will come back looking new and you will be into a very nice DJ for ~ $1800.

I like it and at $1300 I think it's a deal. Vintage Rolexs rock!

Agreed...$1,300-$1,500 seems a little more fair based on it's condition. There are lots of these types out there.

Well, I missed the auction- as well as a 14k TT DJ for $1200. No worries- I'll have a nice 16030 when she comes back from the RSC.

Thanks for the help everyone!
