What is considered a full wind on a 1675 GMT?

What do you consider to be a full wind for a 1675 GMT? I'm curious to see what the reserve in on my watch. Is wearing it for a day 14-16 hours good and then letting it run down to see how long she goes?

Thanks for any advice.

How long you wear it doesn't have much to do with winding your watch. It's movement that winds it, not time on your wrist...

Give it 40 full winds; you can't overwind it..
