1803 experts: How does this look?

Been looking for a while for a mid-'70s 5-minute chapter ring. How does this one look? Looks fairly unmolested to me but I'm still learning about these vintage DDs.

Love the dial. The case has a little too much polish on it for my liking, but it would depend on the price. Overall looks nice. Good luck!

If it's priced right...do it. Lovely patina and all...

This watch is not overpolished. Far from it. That term gets thrown around here by folks who have no idea what it means. I would say the watch has been carefully worn, for sure, but probably never seen a polishing wheel. And doesn't need it now, either. A very nice watch if you are looking for one of these.

I agree with Michael as well. The watch has been worn lightly but is still very sharp. The bezel is great and the transition on the lugs to the section between the lugs is clear and sharp.

It's a great looking piece.

Case does look a bit over polished but as others have said, it looks to be legit.

Over polished?! I don't think so. I can't figure out why people throw that term around so loosely.
