Tapatalk issues!!!

Can anyone here get the tapatalk forum app to work?
I apparently cannot!

Use it on iPhone and iPad from day 1 with no problems except sometimes that had been fixed.

Not sure what it is..... It never refreshes...! Even this notification gives an error when I tried to view it even though tapa sent me a notification ... I am using an iphone 5

I occasionally get this message and have found that if I back out to the main "Forums" menu and refresh it fixes the problem. To refresh you simply swipe down on the screen and release (in case you didn't know). Hope this helps!! PS I'm on an iphone 5 as well.

I clear the cache occasionally when I get that error. Seems to help...

How exactly would you clear the cache when using an app?

You might be trying to access on the old https address.

We declined to continue paying for the "s" certificate because it didn't really provide anything of value to the members.
