been wearing my pam for about a month now, the straps still seems a bit hard, is there a way to make it softer faster?

I curl n roll the strap into a coil n tie up with a rubber band n leave overnight. Next day when you open up the rubber band, it will be nicely curved n bended to form n hug your wrist perfectly. This may sound stupid but it worked everytime for me.

This is a great tip. I'd never have thought to do this

You can also find something round like a pipe, spray a mist of water on the strap to moisten it, fasten it to the round pipe or whatever you can find, then place it in a ziploc bag and leave for 24hrs, the moisture and humidity will shape it to perfection.

I use saddle soap and just tighten it up to the last hole and it will seems to flex mine up a bit.

Pop it in the spin dryer with some ball bearings...

Joking! The other tips are far more helpful, and the coil/ rubber band + leather dressing works a treat to make it conform, have used that method myself. Doesn't make it softer though.

As an aside, the honey distressed leather that is std equip for the 372 is the best I have experienced, to the point that I don't want to change it!

mink oil ... well i use it on all sorts of things , saphir as i like the smell.
